- Your source, if you were comparing against one
Requesting a calculator
- What the product is called locally
- The country or lender it applies to
- How the interest or profit is calculated, if you know
- A link to an official example, if one exists

- Tell us which right you are exercising

- We respond within the statutory deadline

What we cannot help with
We are not a lender, broker or licensed adviser, so there are things we genuinely cannot do — and it would be irresponsible to pretend otherwise:
- We cannot give personalised financial advice or tell you which loan to take.
- We cannot access, change or look up your account with any bank or lender. We have no relationship with them.
- We cannot approve, reject or influence any application.
- We cannot confirm a lender's exact figures. Only your lender can do that in writing.
If your question is about a specific loan you hold or are applying for, your lender is the only accurate source — and, unlike us, they are contractually bound by what they tell you.
